Ingredients

• Servings: 15
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix ingredients in bowl.
• 2 roll into medium sized balls and place on cookie sheet. (cookies melt and flaten they will not grow so make balls size of cookie desired).
• 3 press fork in criss cross on top of cookie.
• 4 bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until set. (when you remove cookie they will become cookie consistency as they cool).
