Julie Doolittle's Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 (16 ounce) bag hershey chocolate kisses

Recipe

• 1 cream the first 4 ingredients.
• 2 add eggs, beat. add peanut butter, beat.
• 3 mix in dry ingredients.
• 4 roll into balls and then coat in sugar.
• 5 bake on ungreased pan at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• 6 remove and immediately smoosh kiss into cookie.
• 7 let cool on the pan.
