Really Good Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 1/2 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar thoroughly.
• 2 add eggs and beat well.
• 3 sift dry ingredients together.
• 4 add nuts and combine with creamed mixture.
• 5 mold into rolls.
• 6 wrap in waxed paper.
• 7 place in refrigerator overnight or 8 hours.
• 8 slice very thin.
• 9 bake on lightly greased cooke sheet at 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
• 10 watch carefully, make sure they do not burn on the bottom!
