Healthy-ish Chewy No-bake Cookies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 cup fructose
  • 1/2 cup soymilk
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats

Recipe

  • 1 combine cocoa, fructose, milk, and margarine in a saucepan and bring to a full boil.
  • 2 boil for 1.5 minutes.
  • 3 immediately remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, vanilla, and oats.
  • 4 drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
