My Gingernut Biscuits/cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour (5)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons low-fat margarine (6)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (1 1/2)
- 3 teaspoons clear honey (3)
Recipe
- 1 sieve the flour, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon into a bowl.
- 2 combine the margarine, brown sugar and honey in a microwave proof bowl and heat until sugar is dissolved.
- 3 add the margarine mix to the flour mixture & combine well.
- 4 divide into 16 pieces and roll into balls with the palms of your hands.
- 5 place on a baking paper lined tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
- 6 bake at 180'c/350'f for approx 15minutes.
- 7 remove from tray and cool on a rack.
