Ingredients
- Servings: 48
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 48 miniature peanut butter cups
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and peanut butter -- add sugar, gradually, beating till light and fluffy -- add egg and vanilla.beating well.combine flour, baking soda and salt.and add to creamed mixture.mix well.chill at least 1 hour.
- 2 shape dough into 48 1 " balls --
- 3 place in lightly sprayed miniature muffin tins --
- 4 shaping dough into a shelll --
- 5 bake at 350* for 12 minutes.
- 6 dough will rise during baking.remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter cup evenly into each hot crust --
- 7 cool completely before removing from pan.
- 8 these cookies can be frozen.
