Pineapple Macaroons

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
  • 1 pint pineapple sherbet
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • 6 cups coconut

Recipe

  • 1 soften the sherbet and combine with the cake mix and the extract.
  • 2 stir in the coconut.
  • 3 drop by cookie scoop onto greased baking sheet.
  • 4 sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
