Ingredients
- 1 (18 ounce) box cake mix
- 1 pint pineapple sherbet
- 2 teaspoons almond extract
- 6 cups coconut
Recipe
- 1 soften the sherbet and combine with the cake mix and the extract.
- 2 stir in the coconut.
- 3 drop by cookie scoop onto greased baking sheet.
- 4 sprinkle with coconut, if desired.
- 5 bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
