Doris' Social Tea Squares

Ingredients

• Servings: 16
• 2 large eggs
• 3/4 cup butter (no substitute)
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/2 package social tea cracker (crushed)

Recipe

• 1 mix eggs, butter and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
• 2 cook for 25 minutes, stirring constantly until thick and creamy.
• 3 cool to room temperature.
• 4 add marshmallows and crumbs.
• 5 mix well and press into a buttered 9" pan.
• 6 cut into 16 squares.
• 7 store in fridge.
