Janosch Birthday Cookies

Ingredients

• 250 g flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 65 g sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 125 g butter
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 work the dough until it is soft and shiny.
• 2 put in fridge for 30 minutes.
• 3 flatten out, 3-4 mm thick.
• 4 cut out shapes.
• 5 bake at 225°c for 5 minutes.
