Jumbo Oatmeal-peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
• 1 cup raisins (optional)

Recipe

• 1 combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
• 2 set aside.
• 3 cream butter, peanut butter and sugars in another bowl until light and fluffy – using electric mixer at medium speed.
• 4 add eggs, one at a time to creamed mixture; beat well after each addition.
• 5 blend in vanilla and milk.
• 6 gradually stir in dry ingredients, blending well.
• 7 stir in oats and raisins.
• 8 drop by tablespoon onto well greased baking sheets (about 2" apart).
• 9 bake in preheated 350* oven for 15 minutes, or till light golden brown.
