Liisa's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 sift together flour, cream of tartar, salt and baking soda. cream margarine and sugar. add to creamed mixture the eggs and vanilla.
• 2 mix until combined well.
• 3 add in the sifted dry ingredients. roll and flour on cutting board. cut into desired shapes. sprinkle with sugar.
• 4 bake at 350 about 8-10 minutes.
