Man-catcher Brownies

Ingredients

- 12 ounces unsalted butter
- 2 cups cocoa powder, sifted
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 remove from the heat and add the cocoa powder, stirring to combine.
- 3 let cool slightly.
- 4 in a large bowl, whisk the eggs together, then add the sugars and vanilla, stirring to combine.
- 5 add the cooled butter-chocolate mixture, then fold in the flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
- 6 spread the batter evenly in a 9x13-inch pan that has been lined with parchment paper and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, making sure the corners are filled.
- 7 bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees or until a crust forms on the surface and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
