Pecan Chocolate Chip Rice Crispy Squares

Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated artificial sweetener (i used xylitol)
- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup smooth cashew butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/2 cup rapunzel organic chocolate hazelnut butter
- 6 cups brown crispy rice cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan over medium heat mix the xylitol and brown rice syrup together.
- 2 heat until hot and bubbly. remove from heat and add the nut butter and chocolate hazelnut butter mixing well.
- 3 in a large bowl add the rice crispy cereal, nuts and chocolate chips. mix well.
- 4 press into a 9x13 inch dish. let cool for one hour before cutting.
