Raw Vegan Pecan Fudge Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup dates (i used majool. soak them in warm water, not hot, if they are hard)
- 1/4 cup cacao butter (grated)
- 1/4 cup cacao, powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (fresh ground)
Recipe
- 1 if you soaked the dates remove them from the soak water and put them into your food processor with the pecans, cacao butter, cacao powder and nutmeg.
- 2 process until it resembles a brownie dough.
- 3 remove and press into a pan of your choice.
- 4 put into the fridge to set up for a few hours.
- 5 you can cut these into squares once they have set.
- 6 store in the fridge or freezer in an air tight containter.
