Low Carb Cupboard Cookies

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/3 cups splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 • combine all ingredients well.
  • 2 • roll into balls about the size of a walnut. press down slightly with a fork.
  • 3 • bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
