Ingredients

- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 orange, zest of, grated
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c (400°f).
- 2 cream butter and sugar together.
- 3 add egg and grated orange rind and combine with sifted flour, coconut and rolled oats.
- 4 shape into teaspoon-sized rounds and place on a greased baking tray.
- 5 bake for 10-12 minutes.
