Peanutty Cream Cheese Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 2 1/2 cups unsalted peanuts

Recipe

• 1 combine first three ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
• 2 beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed; add sugars and beat for 4 minutes; add eggs and vanilla and mix at low; add in peanut butter and combine fully.
• 3 add flour mixture and mix at low speed.
• 4 stir in peanuts.
• 5 refrigerate dough overnight.
• 6 preheat oven to 350.
• 7 place dough in 1 inch balls, 1 inch apart on baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
