Ingredients
- 1 cup dried apricot
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract or 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup (or honey)
Recipe
- 1 process apricots in food processor.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients and process well.
- 3 scoop by the spoonfull into small balls and flatten with your hand (helps to have wet hands.
- 4 store in the fridge or freezer.
