Quick Pistachio Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (17 1/2 ounce) bag sugar cookie mix
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
• 2 tablespoons instant pistachio pudding mix
• 1/4 cup minced candied cherry
• 1/2 cup pistachio nut

Recipe

• 1 put dry cookie mix and dry pudding mix in a bowl, stir. prepare cookies according to directions, adding egg and shortening as needed. stir in nuts and cherries until incorporated. spoon onto cookie sheets using rounded tablespoon measure.
• 2 bake in preheated 325 oven for 9 to 13 minutes or to desired doneness. cool on a wire rack.
