Lemon Nut Refrigerator Cookies

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon lemon rind
• 1/2 cup pecans (can use almonds)

Recipe

• 1 mix in order given.
• 2 chill.
• 3 bake in 400 degree oven for about 9 minutes.
