Mamma Pauline's Tea Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar until creamy.
• 2 add egg and vanilla, beat well.
• 3 add flour with soda and cream of tartar.
• 4 put into a cookie press using the cheese straw disk.
• 5 press out onto cookie sheet.
• 6 bake in oven that has been preheated to 350 f.
• 7 bake for 10 minutes.
