Lo Carb Brownies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup fructose
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup soy flour

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter, add cocoa. mix well. add sugar substitute, fructose, eggs, vanilla, salt and soy flour. mix well. pour into 8x8 square pan. bake for 20-25 minutes. serve when cooled.
