Midori Macaroons

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) can almond paste
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 cup midori melon liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Recipe

  • 1 in a mixing bowl crumble almond paste.
  • 2 gradually add sugar.
  • 3 add 2 egg whites to almond paste mixture.
  • 4 beat until smooth (dough will be stiff).
  • 5 insert large star tube in pastry bag.
