Peanut Butter And Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder, dutch process
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 set racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven, and preheat to 350.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, and baking soda and stir well to mix.
