- 1 cup whipping cream, not whipped
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- food coloring

- 1 mix whipping cream and powdered sugar.
- 2 divide into cups and add food coloring of your choice.
- 3 paint directly on any rolled sugar cookie before you bake them.
