Peanut Butter And Honey Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 21 peanuts (optional)

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening with sugar.
• 2 beat in peanut butter, honey, egg and vanilla.
• 3 combine dry ingredients and blend into peanut butter mixture.
• 4 drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet, flatten with floured fork.
• 5 top each with peanut halve if desired.
• 6 bake at 375° for 7-9 minutes.
• 7 i baked mine for 11 minutes.
