Gingersnaps

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon clove
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix as you would regular cookie dough.
  • 2 roll dough in balls and then roll in the 1/4 cup of the sugar.
