Ingredients

- 2 cups butter, softened
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
Recipe
- 1 take sugars, flour and a pinch of salt and mix with hands, to break up brown sugar.
- 2 add softened butter, and mix with hands until fully mixed.
- 3 roll into 1/8 cup balls and flatted with a cookie press or bottom of a floured glass.
- 4 bake at 325 f for 16 minutes.
