Ingredients
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 1 1/2 cups self raising flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350. grease two baking sheets.
- 2 cream the butter and sugar together, and then stir in the egg.
- 3 mix in the lavender flowers and the flour.
- 4 drop spoonfuls of the mixture on the baking sheets.
- 5 bake for about 15-20 minutes, until golden.
