Margaret's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening (crisco)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 -3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 beat together the first four ingredients. gold in the flour, baking soda, salt and then add the vanilla. stir in the chocolate chips.
• 2 bake at 325f until golden. do not grease the cookie sheet.
