Easy Snickerdoodles Cookies (from A Cake Mix!)

Ingredients

• Servings: 42
• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) cake mix
• 1/2 cup butter, melted (or margarine)
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350 (325 for dark or non-stick cookie sheets).
• 2 mix cake mix, butter and egg in a large bowl until dough forms. (i used my hands).
• 3 shape dough into 1" balls (roughly a rounded teaspoonful).
• 4 roll balls in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
• 5 place about 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
• 6 bake 10-12 minutes or until set (mine were closer to 10 minutes).
• 7 remove cookie from sheet and cool on wire rack.
