Low-fat Frosted Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup light margarine
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 cream together sugar and eggs, then sift in flour and cocoa. put into cupcake cases (only half fill to leave room for frosting), then bake for 10-12 minutes.
- 3 whisk icing sugar into margarine (at first it won't look like enough margarine, but it will combine), and frost the cakes when cool. enjoy!
