Pesach Brownie Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon passover vanilla sugar (optional) or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsalted butter or 1 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cake crumbs
- 1 cup potato starch
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Recipe
- 1 grease 8x10 pan, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. cream brown sugar, sugar, vanilla sugar with butter/marg. blend eggs. stir in salt, cake meal and potato starch. fold in chocolate and nuts. chill 20 minutes. put in pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes, until center is set, not jiggly. cool, then cut.
