Light Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • Servings: 9
  • 8 chocolate cookies, whatever you like-try for low fat
  • 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 spray an 8 in square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. then spray the paper.
  • 3 crush cookies and press into bottom of pan.
  • 4 using a food processor, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. then add cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and both eggs. process until smooth.
  • 5 pour the mixture into the pan and top with chocolate chips.
  • 6 bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until set. then let cool in the pan. refrigerate for at least an hour, then tip out onto a cutting board, flip over and cut.
