Light Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

- 8 chocolate cookies, whatever you like-try for low fat
- 1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 spray an 8 in square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper. then spray the paper.
- 3 crush cookies and press into bottom of pan.
- 4 using a food processor, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. then add cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and both eggs. process until smooth.
- 5 pour the mixture into the pan and top with chocolate chips.
- 6 bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until set. then let cool in the pan. refrigerate for at least an hour, then tip out onto a cutting board, flip over and cut.
