One-pan Fruit Brownies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup raisins (or tart cherries or cranberries)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 place flour, sugar and cocoa in an ungreased 8 x 8-inch baking pan. stir with a fork until thoroughly combined; set aside.
- 3 in a small bowl, blend butter and eggs well. pour butter mixture into flour mixture. stir with a fork, scraping corners and sides until wet and dry ingredients are completely combined.
- 4 stir in dried fruit.
- 5 bake for 25 minutes or until center feels set when lightly touched. cool and cut into squares.
