Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup splenda sugar substitute
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 3 using tablespoon, spoon and roll dough into balls and place on non stick cookie sheet.
- 4 flatten using a fork with criss cross pattern.
- 5 bake for 8 minutes.
- 6 let cool before removing from cookie sheet.
