Italian Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 8 ounces butter or 8 ounces margarine, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups and 2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar 5 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.
- 2 add egg yolks and vanilla. mix till blended.
- 3 add flour and mix on low speed.
- 4 pipe dough with bag onto ungreased baking sheet into rosettes with #7 star tube.
- 5 bake at 400 degrees f for 7-10 minutes.
