Italian Butter Cookies

Total Time: 37 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces butter or 8 ounces margarine, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups and 2 tablespoons flour

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and sugar 5 minutes at medium speed with electric mixer.
  • 2 add egg yolks and vanilla. mix till blended.
  • 3 add flour and mix on low speed.
  • 4 pipe dough with bag onto ungreased baking sheet into rosettes with #7 star tube.
  • 5 bake at 400 degrees f for 7-10 minutes.
