No Bake Power Bars (raw)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews or 2 cups mixed nuts
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (fresh ground if available)
  • 1/2 cup dried craisin (cranberry raisins)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • coconut (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in a food processor, add dates and cashews and chop well. pour in to a bowl and add peanut butter, honey and cranberry raisins and mix well.
  • 2 roll dough into 3/4 inch balls, and then roll outsides in coconut. refrigerate, then serve.
