Lemon Poppy Seed Bunny Cookies

Total Time: 16 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour
  • 1 pinch celtic sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seed

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl combine almond flour and salt.
  • 2 in a smaller bowl combine oil, agave, vanilla and lemon zest.
  • 3 stir wet ingredients into dry, then work in poppy seeds.
  • 4 roll dough out to ¼ inch thick.
  • 5 cut out little bunnies with a bunny cookie cutter.
  • 6 bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
  • 7 serve.
