Lemon Poppy Seed Bunny Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour
- 1 pinch celtic sea salt
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (packed)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine almond flour and salt.
- 2 in a smaller bowl combine oil, agave, vanilla and lemon zest.
- 3 stir wet ingredients into dry, then work in poppy seeds.
- 4 roll dough out to ¼ inch thick.
- 5 cut out little bunnies with a bunny cookie cutter.
- 6 bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown around the edges.
- 7 serve.
