Ingredients

• 1/2 shortening
• 1/4 butter, softened
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Recipe

• 1 in a mixing bowl cream shortening, butter, and sugar.
• 2 beat in egg, honey and lemon juice.
• 3 combine dry ingriedients add to creamed mixture.
• 4 drop by teaspoonfulls 2 inches apart.
• 5 bake at 325 for 12-14 minutes.
