Ingredients

- 150 g margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
Recipe
- 1 cream butter (or sub) with sugar until light and smooth.
- 2 add egg (or sub) and vanilla; beat until smooth.
- 3 sift flour and baking powder into mix and stir lightly.
- 4 add in oats, macadamia nuts, almonds, cherries, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and raisins; mix until firm.
- 5 roll tablespoon sized amounts into balls and place on baking tray (they do grow).
- 6 flatten the balls with a fork (if fork sticks to cookies, dip fork in flour).
- 7 bake cookies for 25 minutes.
