Nelson Cookie Bake Cream Cheese Snow Man Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter (softened)
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (18 1/2 ounce) package cake mix

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and cheese. blend in egg and vanilla. add cake mix (dry), 1/3 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
• 2 cover; chill 30 minutes.
• 3 heat oven to 375 degrees.
• 4 drop by scant teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
• 5 bake 8 – 10 minutes or until light brown.
• 6 cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. then dust with powdered sugar.
