Peanut Butter Brownie Bites

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons shortening
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°. line cupcake pan with paper liners (12 total). place cocoa & shortening in large mixing bowl, set mixer on low to combine. slowly drizzle in melted butter until combined. increase speed to medium and beat in 1 egg at a time. add vanilla. stir in flour & baking powder, combine thoroughly.
• 2 evenly spoon into 12 cupcakes.
• 3 bake 18-20 minutes.
• 4 cool slightly on cooling rack.
• 5 spoon 1 teaspoon peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) into center of each cupcake.
• 6 cool completely, then sprinkle with peanut butter & chocolate chips.
• 7 enjoy!
