Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups butter
- 6 cups sugar (can use half brown)
- 5 eggs (i use 3 when i half the recipe)
- 1 1/2 cups molasses
- 5 teaspoons vinegar
- 10 cups flour
- 4 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 cream together ingredients through vinegar.
- 2 add remaining ingredients.
- 3 roll teaspoon sized balls of dough in sugar.
- 4 bake for 10-12 at 325.
- 5 allow to cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes before removing.
