Incredibly Easy Lemon Cream Cookies

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 1/4 ounce) package lemon cake mix
  • 2 cups cool whip
  • 1 egg
  • powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry cake mix, cool whip, and egg in a bowl until combined. dough will be slightly sticky. form into 1" rounds and roll in powdered sugar. bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
