Easy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 (18 ounce) box 2 layer spice cake mix
• 4 egg whites
• 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup raisins

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350.
• 2 line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
• 3 combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil in a large bowl.
• 4 beat at low speed until well blended.
• 5 stir in raisins.
• 6 drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
• 7 bake 7-9 minutes until lightly browned.
• 8 cool on sheets 1 minute.
• 9 remove and cool completely.
