Fudgy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 cup margarine
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups quick-cooking oats

Recipe

• 1 sift sugar and cocoa.
• 2 in large saucepan, melt butter over med-low heat.
• 3 add sugar, cocoa, and milk.
• 4 bring to a full boil over medium heat for 1 minute. remove from heat.
• 5 add salt and vanilla.
• 6 blend in peanut butter. add oats. mix well.
• 7 drop by teaspoon full on wax paper until firm.
