Hershey's Fudgy Brownie's

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup hershey's cocoa
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 2/3 cup oil or 2/3 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup boiling water
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/3 cups unsifted flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl.
• 2 blend in 1/3 cup of oil or butter.
• 3 add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens.
• 4 stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup of oil or butter.
• 5 add flour, vanilla and salt blend.
• 6 pour in a greased 9x13 pan.
• 7 bake at 350°f for 35 to 40 minutes. cool and frost if desired. (nuts can be added if desired).
• 8 i sometimes double the recipe and bake on half sheet cake pan.
