Ingredients
- 125 g butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 cups self-rising flour
- 125 g chocolate chips (i use a mix of , milk and dark)
Recipe
- 1 beat butter and sugar.
- 2 add vanilla and egg.
- 3 fold in flour.
- 4 roll mixture into balls with choc chips in the centre.
- 5 cook 10 - 12 minutes at 180°c.
- 6 cool on tray.
- 7 enjoy.
