Peppermint Bark Brownies

Ingredients

- 20 ounces fudge brownie mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 1 1/2 cups candy canes, crushed
Recipe
- 1 prepare and bake brownie mix according to the package directions, using a greased 9x13 baking pan.
- 2 after baking, set aside and cool for 1-2 hours.
- 3 in a heavy saucepan over very low heat, melt chocolate chips and margarine, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula.
- 4 spread chocolate mixture over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy.
